Hit-and-Run Survivor Plays Cello for His Rescuers

A cellist is living his second act as a survivor of a hit-and-run thanks to the quick work of first responders in Southeast D.C. last year. Consumer Investigative Reporter Susan Hogan was there for a very memorable reunion.
