DC State Board of Ed Calls Teacher Turnover Rate Devastating for Students

D.C.’s State Board of Education says the District is not keeping close enough track of how many teachers are calling it quits. A News4 I-Team investigation revealed more than 13 percent of D.C. public school teachers leave the District each year. The head of the state board told Scott MacFarlane more needs to be done to track and reduce teacher turnover.
