DC Jail Working to Register Inmates to Vote

For the first time, incarcerated felons are eligible to vote in District races after the D.C. Council passed a new law this summer. Last week, the News4 I-Team reported challenges with getting federal inmates registered for this year’s election. Scott MacFarlane shows how the D.C.
