COVID-19 Cases Rise at the Capitol

The News4 I-Team learned dozens more workers at the U.S. Capitol tested positive and are under quarantine. The cases come as Congress is back in session and senior leaders are announcing their own positive test results. Scott MacFarlane reports even with increased testing there’s still concern that more should be done.
