Popular Halloween Events Canceled in DC; Arlington Pub Crawl Sells Out

Trick-or-treating is being discouraged this Halloween, but that’s not the only celebration that’s been canceled. At least two big D.C. events popular with adults won’t be happening this year, but News4’s Jackie Bensen reports a Halloween pub crawl in Arlington is already sold out.
