Crews Working Hard to Put Finishing Touches on Capital Wheel

The Capital Wheel at National Harbor in Prince George’s County will open Memorial Day weekend. Crews are putting the finishing touches on the giant observation wheel. Prince George’s County Bureau reporter Zachary Kiesch has been following the progress.
