NPS Details Plans on How Cherry Blossom Access Will Be Handled

The cherry blossoms could reach peak bloom around the Tidal Basin in a week. Officials warn if crowds become too big, the event will be shut down for safety because of the pandemic. Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss has more details about how and what that shutdown could look like.
