Blossom Kite Festival Lifts Off at Washington Monument

The Blossom Kite Festival lifted off at the Washington Monument grounds and other parks across D.C. Saturday. News4’s Derrick Ward reports families showed up to enjoy the sights and fly kites despite a dip in temperature.
