Chef Grows Produce on Cedar's Roof

A popular restaurant is doing something you don’t usually see in downtown Washington. Cedar created a rooftop garden on top of their restaurant high above penn quarter. News4’s Eun Yang found out that when it comes to fresh produce, the chef isn’t taking any chances.
