Maryland Park Dedicated to 102-Year-Old WWII Vet Who Went Skydiving

Vivian “Millie” Bailey is a barrier breaker full of adventurous spirit: She was among the first Black American female pilots and spent her 102nd birthday skydiving in Maryland. News4’s Aaron Gilchrist reports that a new park will be dedicated in her honor.
