Chances of snow for Sunday are continuing to drop, although the storm is forming a little too far out to sea for us to really be sure right now. But our odds for the white stuff have dropped from 50 percent on Wednesday to only 30 percent now.
Light snow, if it happens, is most likely to fall early, between 2 a.m. and noon Sunday. It will probably be focused east of I-95 toward the coast. So if you're heading out toward the beach -- not to go swimming, we get that, but to visit friends or family -- you'll be more likely to encounter snow.
Whether we get snow or not, the one thing that's guaranteed is the continued cold. Saturday and Sunday are expected to be in the mid-30s, about 10 degrees colder than average.
Monday will be cold and dry, but Tuesday has another 30-percent chance of snow.
