Severe weather is making its way out of our region for the most part and cooler temperatures are expected this weekend, Storm Team4 says.

A severe thunderstorm warning remains in effect for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, until 8:15 p.m.

Severe thunderstorm warnings for Howard, Montgomery and Prince George's counties have expired.

Additional storms in the region are possible, bringing lightning and strong winds.

Temperatures are in the 80s but will begin to drop.

Storm Team4 said to expect clouds and isolated showers this weekend.

Saturday will have an anticipated high of 72 and low of 66, and Sunday will have a likely high of 69 and low of 59.
