A severe thunderstorm warning was in effect Monday night for parts of Anne Arundel, Calvert and Prince George's counties.
The warning was in effect until 9:15 p.m., the National Weather Service said.
Damaging winds as high as 60 mph were possible. Drivers were advised to not attempt to cross areas where water covers the road.
