New numbers out today show gas prices are still heading in the right direction -- down.
According to AAA, the average price for gas dropped three cents in the District between Sunday and Monday. A gallon of regular is about $3.69.
In Maryland, you're paying $3.51, which is down almost a penny.
Virginia's average dropped about a half cent to $3.39.
Drivers in West Virginia are paying about a penny less at $3.64.
Analysts expect gas prices to keep dropping into the summer.
