Only a few hours after crews cleared an overturned tanker that completely blocked Inner Loop lanes on the Beltway, another crash at Central Avenue near Capitol Heights is causing massive delays on Friday morning.
Chopper4 video shows two damaged vehicles and a string of debris on the road, cordoned off by flashing red lights. Police haven't said if anyone was injured in the crash.
Commuters are caught in a three-mile backup around Exit 15 at Central Avenue. Three lanes were closed as of 6:30 a.m. and one lane was getting by.
