A fashion frenzy kicked into gear Thursday at Bethesda Row's first annual style event, The Front Row.
On Thursday, May 14, shoppers hit up a BCBG Trunk Show at Luna and a Shoshanna Trunk Show at Urban Chic. Salon Cielo hosted a runway hair tutorial, Waygoose offered a meet-and-greet with acclaimed cityscape artist Joseph English, and a Calypso St. Barth Trunk Show at Ginger featured Earth Echo founder and Jacques Cousteau grandson Philippe Cousteau.
On Friday, May 15, Runway on the Row flaunts summer trends and an exclusive preview for fall. Project Runway's Christian Siriano (coincidentally a Maryland native) will be there on Bethesda Lane at 7:30 p.m. Also check out a Diane von Furstenburg trunk show at Urban Chic (11 a.m.-6 p.m.; 7126 Bethesda Lane).
On Saturday, May 16, Stilettos on the Row features a reading and book signing by Lauren Goldstein Crowe, author of new satorial bio "The Towering World of Jimmy Choo," plus a chat moderated by Glamour mag's Tracey Lomrantz.
