Apartment Zero Cancels Its Lease

Be sweet and help them clear their showroom

Apartment Zero is closing its doors after 10 years in Penn Quarter. For well-off shoppers, this would be a time to mourn. But the rest of us will be celebrating, just a little. 'Cause starting July 8 at 6 p.m., all in-stock and showroom samples are 30 percent off.

Everythine is final sale (no returns or refunds), so make sure it's true love. As the stock sells out, the store will be bringing out new pieces to replace what has been sold, so stop by more than once before the sale ends on July 26 at 5 p.m.

As for the store, it's not exactly closing, but more like moving on. Their lease is up and the building is going through renovations, so it was time for Apartment Zero to relocate. The store plans to focus on residential and commercial interior design in the future. (Not helpful for people actually, you know, living in apartments.)

So if you've always wanted a Toikka bird, an Orange Slice Chair designed by Pierre Paulin, or a limited edition Eames Elephant from Vitra, they will be waiting for you. For a limited time.
