    MAKING WHOOPIE (PIE):  M Bar (1143 New Hampshire Ave. N.W.) is encouraging you to make whoopie this Valentine’s Day weekend. Whoopie pie, that is.Their "Making Whoopie" pie class will teach you how to make heart-shaped versions of the oh-so-popular dessert made of creamy frosting between two mounds of cake.
