After working as the personal chef to the Irish Ambassador for the past six years, Claudio Pirollo is bringing his food down-home, with the opening of his new restaurant, Et Voila!
Et Voila!, located in the Palisades neighborhood of D.C., opened its doors on May 6th. It has received good crowds since its opening and a lot of people have been talking about their menu.
