Who makes the best drink in D.C.? Well, that question is about to be answered.
The 3rd Quill Cocktail Competition will commence at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Quill at the Jefferson (1200 16th St. N.W.) Six mixologists from prominent restaurants in the city will battle it out for who can make the best adult beverage.
Dean Feddaoui (Dirty Martini), Clinton Terry (PX Lounge), Joe Cleveland (Oyamel), JC Caceres (Bourbon Steak) and Patrick Owens (Jaleo/Bourbon) will throw everything they got into a glass before six judges -- and all of you. You are also encouraged to come out and vote at this event.
Tickets are $50 and include a tequila tasting, a Quill specialty drink, canapés and a cheese buffet.
