So decrees the Dirty Martini (1223 Connecticut Ave. N.W.), and it's likely true. But apparently, what we really need is large, large, large alcoholic beverages.
The kind of drink that requires a snorkel instead of a straw.
Thus the spot has launched the Big Dirty, the largest cocktail in town. Translation: You can order 48 ounces of any cocktail on the menu.
It's a third bigger than the Starbucks trenta size, which itself is slightly larger than a human stomach. Please make the enjoyment of this drink a group project.
