The first dad watched one of his daughters take to the hardwood Saturday morning in Chevy Chase.

President Barack Obama left the White House early Saturday morning for the short drive to the Jane Lawton Community Center to see 8-year-old Sasha's basketball game.

First lady Michelle Obama also came along.

The president is a big basketball fan and sometimes plays basketball himself on the weekends. He's also gone to some NBA and
college games in Washington -- the latest being a Georgetown-Duke game last month.  The president also was recently challenged to a pick-up game against new Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.).
