A just-released annual study to name America’s Most Literate Cities puts D.C. at No. 3, right behind Minneapolis and Seattle, which tied for first. The study by a prof at Central Connectictut State University finds, however, than when it comes to buying books over the Internet and subscribing to newspapers, D.C. completely kicks ass.
