O.A.R. Brings it Down a Notch to Play Small Show

O.A.R. fans will get a treat when the band plays a charity show at the Rock and Roll Hotel

O.A.R. will headline the first ever Mix 107.3 Jingle Bell Jam on Dec. 16 at the Rock and Roll Hotel in Northeast. The station hopes to make the Jingle Bell Jam an annual event with proceeds this year going to S.O.M.E., a local D.C. food charity.

With a capacity of a few hundred, the Rock and Roll Hotel will surely sell out because the band normally plays arenas and large outdoor venues.

Of a Revolution, better known as O.A.R., is a high energy rock band consisting of Marc Roberge, Chris Culos, Richard On, Benj Gershman, Jerry DePizzo. The band originally formed in Rockville, Md. before taking their music to Ohio State University where they attended college. They've achieved national success over the past two years and their video "Shattered" is currently #9 on the VH1 countdown.

Tickets for the show are $25 and go on sale today at 5 p.m. For more info, visit MIX 107.3
