Discover Spirits in DC's Lafayette Park

Put a little scare in your Halloween night

Looking for an alternative to the typical Halloween adventures? Explore Washington’s famous Lafayette Square Park on a Ghost Story Tour of Washington. Tours will be held on Halloween night and on Saturday.

A costumed guide with a lantern and Ghost Story Tour sign with a headless lady on it will greet you just outside of McPherson Square station to begin your adventure. Listen to tales of ghosts that inhabit the park – and perhaps meet some of them.

Some of the proceeds will benefit the Whitman-Walker Clinic.

No reservations are required. Tickets are $10; $5 for children younger than 16; Children younger than the age of 6 get in free. Please be advised, however, the tour is not recommended for children under 7. Friday tours depart at 8 p.m., Saturday at 6 p.m. at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and I Street.
