The annual D.C. art festival, Artomatic, will be held this summer at a building still under construction at 55 M St. SE. The location is above the Navy Yard Metro Station, according to the Washington Business Journal.
This year's festival will run May 29 through July 5 and will feature art exhibits and live performances.
The 275,000 square-foot building on M Street will be turned into office space after Artomatic is over.
