Visitors have an opportunity to take a glimpse at the quaint gardens of Georgetown on Saturday.
The annual Georgetown Garden Tour, which is sponsored by the Georgetown Garden Club, takes place from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
This year’s tour features eight gardens in the historic neighborhood, all within walking distance from each other. Sightseers can explore each garden at their own pace since the tour is self-guided. A special tea will also be served at the Christ Church from 2-4 p.m.
Tickets are available for $35 and can be purchased in advance or on the day of the event at any of the tour houses or at 31st and O Streets, NW.
