A Pennsylvania dentist gunned down his wife during an Africa hunting trip so he could collect nearly $5 million in life insurance and start a new life with his longtime mistress, authorities said.

David Miti was working as a driver and a carpenter in Zambia when he lost his legs to gangrene at the age of 34. He thought his life may be over until he found work — and purpose — through an organization that provides crutches and braces to children with disabilities.
