A local faith leader is planning to open a unique spiritual center in Washington, D.C., but a stop work order has delayed its completion.

A rabbi wants to open the first yeshiva in the District, and unlike traditional Jewish learning centers, he plans to open it to women and members of the LGBTQ community. But News4’s Mark Segraves reports the new center has run into some roadblocks.
