Theodore Roosevelt High School hadn’t won the D.C. football championship in more than 40 years but tonight, they are Turkey Bowl champs again. News4’s Mark Segraves, who has covered every Turkey Bowl for the past 15 years, spoke to the coach and his star quarterback, who have brought the Roosevelt team back to life.

For the past 50 years the Turkey Bowl has decided the D.C. public high school football champion. But as News4’s Mark Segraves reports, traditions have changed this year.
