The remains of two victims have been recovered from a burned out senior living community in West Chester Tuesday, five days after the fire broke out, officials said.

Federal agents are trying to determine why a man pulled over for speeding in Tennessee was carrying a cache of weapons including two submachine guns and 900 rounds of ammunition.

While the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is examining whether the “electrical system” could have been the cause of the deadly Oakland warehouse blaze, a special agent said the “analysis will continue.”
