A Howard University professor spent nearly half a century collecting art that chronicled the Black experience in America. Dr. Ralph Gomes died in March of pneumonia. Now his collection is up for auction in Chevy Chase. News4’s Aimee Cho spoke with his family about the importance of honoring Black history.
