A 21-year-old man from Springfield, Virginia, is accused of soliciting sex from a minor after police say he offered to trade sexually explicit images of children.
Fairfax County police say Monis Irfan met with an undercover detective after offering sexually explicit images of children through a social networking site.
Irfan, an instructional assistant and substitute at Bush Hill Elementary School in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County, is being held at the Fairfax Adult Detention Center on no bond.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor, as well as two related charges, Wednesday.
