Does bottled water ever really expire?
We asked the folks at the International Bottled Water Association, who helped us with this answer.
The association says that commercially produced bottled water can last indefinitely if it is stored properly (and, of course, left unopened).
You should store your bottled water just like any other packaged food product.
That means it should be kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
And store it away from solvents like gasoline.
