Stress can impact everyone in the family including children. In Bethesda, there’s a new meditation class called Just Kids that’s teaching children ways to relax, focus and respond to stressful situations. Just Meditate offers the 30 minute class every Sunday for kids between the ages of 6 and 10 years-old.
