The final week of the 2022 NFL regular season is here.

Two games on Saturday began the action, with the Kansas City Chiefs (14-3) clinching the AFC's No. 1 seed with a 31-13 win over the Las Vegas Raiders (6-11).

Then, the Jacksonville Jaguars (9-8) beat the Tennessee Titans (7-10) and the Jacksonville Jaguars (9-8) for the AFC South division title and an immediate spot as the No. 4 seed in the AFC.

Sunday's action also includes multiple high-stakes affairs.

The New England Patriots (8-9) went to New York to take on the Buffalo Bills (13-3) in what was an emotional day after Damar Hamlin's cardiac arrest on Monday Night Football, though the 24-year-old is now breathing on his own and able to communicate.

The Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) and Baltimore Ravens (10-7) competed in a game with seeding implications, as well, and the Bengals' win prevented a potential coin toss for their upcoming wild card showdown.

In the NFC, the Philadelphia Eagles (14-3) secured the NFC's No. 1 seed with a win at home over the already-clinched New York Giants (9-7-1).

Following the Eagles in NFC seeding are the No. 2 San Francisco 49ers (13-4) and No. 3 Minnesota Vikings (13-4), who both added wins on the final Sunday of the season.

The Detroit Lions (9-8) were eliminated from playoff contention before their Sunday Night Football contest at Lambeau Field, and they made sure the Green Bay Packers (8-9) joined them with a primetime win on the road.

Here’s a look at the full Week 18 schedule.
