Report: Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence tests positive for COVID-19 originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington
Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence has tested positive for coronavirus, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported Thursday evening.
Lawrence, 21, is projected to go number one overall in the 2021 NFL draft.
The No. 1 ranked Tigers (6-0) are set to take on the Boston College Eagles (4-2) this Saturday at 12:00 p.m. Lawrence will be forced to miss the game as part of his 10-day isolation.
Through six games this season Lawrence has 1,833 yards, 17 touchdowns and only two interceptions.
