The Denver Broncos' offense will return one of its key pieces when it takes the field against the Washington Football Team on Sunday.

Second-year wideout Jerry Jeudy is set to play against Washington on Sunday after a six-game absence due to an ankle injury, James Palmer of NFL Network reported.

Broncos head coach Vic Fangio was asked about Jeudy's health on Tuesday and said as long as his wide receiver looks "normal" in practice, he'll be ready to play against Washington on Sunday.

"Just watch him in practice and see that he's normal," Fangio said. "I know what Jerry looks like normal. If that's what we see, he's good to go."

Jeudy nearly made his return from injury last Thursday against Cleveland, but the team ultimately ruled him out pregame as he just wasn't fully ready to go.

While Denver's wideout corps will receive a boost with Jeudy returning, Washington's secondary could be without one of its starting cornerbacks once again. William Jackson III missed last Sunday's game against Green Bay with a knee injury and there's no indication whether he'll be able to play this week just yet.
