CAPITALS VS. PENGUINS WHAT TO WATCH

From NBC Sports Washington's Ethan Cadeaux:

"It took 73 games, but Thursday night's matchup against the Chicago Blackhawks was the first time the Washington Capitals had all six players remaining from their 2018 Stanley Cup team -- Alex Ovechkin, Nicklas Backstrom, Tom Wilson, T.J. Oshie, Evgeny Kuznetsov and John Carlson -- healthy at the same time this season." Read more.

CAPITALS VS. PENGUINS PLAYERS TO WATCH

Alex Ovechkin, LW, Capitals (41 goals, 30 assists in 67 games): Ovechkin scored his 41st goal of the season in Washington's last game against Chicago, reaching the 70-point mark for the 13th time in 18 seasons.

Sidney Crosby, C, Penguins (31 goals, 54 assists in 72 games): When the Capitals and Penguins go head to head, the matchup to watch is always Ovechkin and Crosby. Even as they age into their late 30s, both are still at the top of their games.
