2020 Olympics: Team USA Women's Basketball Schedule

2020 Tokyo Olympics: Team USA Women's Basketball Schedule originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington

The U.S. women's national basketball team enters the 2020 Summer Games with high expectations. In Tokyo, they'll compete for their ninth overall and seventh consecutive Olympic gold medal.

But before they can think about the title, they'll be focused on emerging out of a formidable Group B, which includes host nation Japan, France and Nigeria.

Five of the twelve players that will represent Team USA are first-time Olympians, including the Washington Mystics' Ariel Atkins. But the team is far from inexperienced. Veteran guards Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi make their fifth Olympic appearances, as former teammate and three-time Olympic gold medalist, head coach Dawn Staley, leads the way.

The hunt for gold begins on July 25 against Nigeria and concludes—if everything goes right for Team USA—on August 7. Here's Team USA's full Olympic schedule (all times in Eastern Standard Time) and what channel you can find each game on in the U.S.
