Davis elected to keep it simple, if you consider a salmon-colored suit to be simple. The 2022 No. 10 pick elected to leave the diamond encrusted jewelry behind and went with a gold watch and matching shades for this year's draft.
While Banchero is the No. 1 overall pick, he also may already have taken the lead for most eye-popping suit of the 2022 NBA Draft. The Duke guard arrived on the red carpet in a bright purple suit that is embezzled in shiny crystals and finished the look with a holographic pair of Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers.
While the 6-foot-10 Blue Devil proudly wore blue last season, he donned Husky purple on tonight's red carpet in honor of his parents who attended University of Washington.
Holmgren may not be the only prospect at tonight's draft to wear a black fit, but he made sure to separate himself from the pack as he donned a velvet rose-embroidered suit jacket. Draft night also wouldn't be complete without some dazzling jewelry pieces, and the No. 2 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft was sure to come with his best.
Jabari Smith Jr.
While Smith's draft day suit looked quite simple, it was anything but.
The No. 3 overall pick from Auburn University wore a snazzy navy blue suit that was lined with a collage of his own pictures during his time as a Tiger.
"The time is now," Mathurin said on twitter shortly before he was picked No. 6 overall in the 2022 NBA Draft. The guard from Arizona certainly didn't come to play as he donned a floral jacquard suit and completed the custom red Christian Dior suit with black accessories.
Ivey decided to keep it clean as he showed up to the 2022 NBA Draft in a velvet suit jacket, accompanied by a satin finish shirt and patent leather shoes. The No. 5 overall pick had an emotional moment as he was selected by the Detroit Pistons, joining his mother and grandfather as fellow Detroit athletes.
