Maryland to Wear All Black Against WVU

After last week's uniform choice earned the Maryland football team national attention, fans have wondered which of the remaining 31 combinations the players would choose to wear against West Virginia on Saturday.

Well, wonder no more, because on Wednesday, Coach Randy Edsall revealed the uniform option chosen by team captains on Twitter.

The all black look is a stark contrast to the dizzying uniforms of last week, and we're certain these will be better received.

The last time Maryland tried an all black motif against West Virginia, it didn't go well. Let's hope for a different outcome this time around.

The team has said that they will wear a different captain-chosen design each week. Ten of last week's helmets and jerseys are currently on auction, and one of those helmets has drawn a bid of $1,900 as of press time.
