It looks like there will be football played at FedEx this year after all.
This summer, D.C. sports fans will get a chance to see the world’s two most popular soccer clubs live and in-person when England’s Manchester United will play Spain’s FC Barcelona at the home of the Redskins on July 30. Even the most casual soccer fan should be excited for this one.
To help that excitement along, Manchester United has put together a promotional video for their U.S. tour that rivals the Beatles in the level of mass hysteria their invasion will bring.
Just hearing Wayne Rooney say “Washington D.C.” is enough to make girls cry.
