Carl Edwards may have won the race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, but Jimmie Johnson walked away needing only to waltz through the next three races to claim his third-straight Sprint Cup championship. Here's a look back at the weekend:



Pedal on the Right The 43-car Sprint Cup field takes the green flag for Sunday's Pep Boys 500 after the starting order was determined by owner points last Friday thanks to a rained out qualifying session.

Now Kevin Harvick made a charitable donation in the form of the van behind them to the family of Sam Ard, a former champion of the Nationwide Series who won an astounding 22 races in 92 starts, to help the former driver and his wife get around despite continuing health issues.
