Stripper Claims She's Having Haynesworth's Child

A stripper filed a $10 million lawsuit in Brooklyn Supreme Court Wednesday, claiming she is having Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth's baby.

Silvia Mena is four months pregnant. She said Haynesworth is refusing to talk to her or provide any aid with medical bills, according to the New York Post.

Mena, 25, alleges Haynesworth, 28, met her in Miami, romanced her during Super Bowl week, and invited her to his Tennessee home. She claims in the documents that after learning about the pregnancy, Haynesworth promised to "emotionally and financially support Silvia." But, "after making such promises ... Haynesworth has abandoned the pregnant Silvia Mena . . . He has refused to provide any emotional or financial support of Silvia Mena or his unborn child."

When contacted this morning, Haynesworth's agent had no comment.

Haynesworth has had anger management issues on and off the field dating to college. His ex-wife filed a restraining order against Haynesworth for failing to pay property, medical and pre-school bills while they were going through a divorce. Haynesworth also was charged with reckless driving in 2009 after a car accident in Tennessee that seriously injured the other driver.

Haynesworth has been a no-show for voluntary workouts at Redskins Park the entire offseason, telling coaches he doesn't want to play nose tackle in the new defense.
