DC Mayor Announces Bill to Legalize Sale of Recreational Marijuana

D.C.’s mayor announced legislation that would legalize recreational marijuana dispensaries in the District. Supporters hope the plan will get a more favorable reception in the now Democrat-controlled Congress, which will have to sign off on it.
