The Vatican on Friday said there is no reason to be worried about Pope Francis' health after the 77-year-old pontiff cancelled several events this month due to an illness. Francis will not be celebrating Mass at a Rome hospital because of the "unexpected indisposition." He will also skip Mass on Sunday in St. Peter's Square.
