Although very lavish, Martin's Miami Beach mansion had been on and off the market for nearly five years. The singer scooped up the property back in May 2005 for $10 million, which means he did indeed make a slight profit on the sale of his home.

Here's an interior shot of the first-class mansion, which Martin is leaving behind for the Big Apple. Martin's spokesman commented to The Miami Herald, "“As much as Ricky loves [South Florida] ... Ricky is currently performing eight shows a week at the Marquis Theatre in Times Square, and it would have proved to be a somewhat difficult daily commute.”

This spacious kitchen boasts enough room to whip up some tasty meals. And, if the new owners are looking to throw a dinner party, they can invite over Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and Bee Gees frontman Barry Gibb who all live just up the road.

The luxurious home features a fully wired media room and a private dock (not photographed). We guess Martin will certainly miss livin' la vida loca in this sweet mansion.
