Pakistan Warns US: “You Will Lose an Ally”

Pakistan's foreign minister warned the U.S. on Friday that it risked losing an ally if it continued to blame Islamabad for aiding terrorists. A top U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Adm. Mike Mullen told a U.S. Senate panel on Thursday that the militant Haqqani network "acts as a veritable arm of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence Agency," working together in last week's attack on the U.S. embassy in Kabul that killed seven Afghans. Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik denied the accusations.
