Sen. Marco Rubio (R- Fla.) said Sunday it won't stop him from campaigning for the White House if former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush decides to run too. "What you have to make your decision is not who else is running, it's on whether you think it's the right place to achieve your agenda and serve your country," Rubio said Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press." Rubio continued his attack on President Barack Obama's decision to normalize relations with Cuba, saying the decision makes it much harder to achieve democracy in the communist country because the U.S. would be providing funding for the regime to continue its actions.
